SOUL SERVE – SILVER GATHERING bi-weekly events for senior citizens emerged from a heartfelt desire to provide a space where older adults could come together, socialize, and enrich their lives. The genesis of this initiative can be traced back to a combination of community needs, personal experiences, and a deep-seated commitment to fostering meaningful connections among seniors.
“SAY NO to illicit drugs” was formed in response to the alarming rise in drug abuse among young people in our community. Seeing the devastating effects of drug addiction firsthand, a group of social workers who worked among youth came together to take a stand against this growing epidemic. Motivated by a shared desire to protect the youth and promote a healthy lifestyle, we formed our organization to raise awareness about the dangers of illicit drugs and provide support to those struggling with addiction.
